This annual favourite event will take place in the newly refurbished King’s dining hall. We are looking forward to an enjoyable evening of chilli, a rowing quiz and the good company of our two rowing communities. There will be a cash bar offering wine, water and soft drinks. We will be seating rowers and parents by year group and in cases where there is more than one rower in your family you will have an opportunity to state your year group preference on the registration form.
As you may be aware, last year’s boat club fundraising events enabled us to successfully purchase a new Hudson Hammerhead Ultimate Super Predator 8 which is now on site at the boat house. Given the growing popularity of rowing in our schools as well as our string of recent successes, we would like to continue to support our crews, and this Boat Club Supper will officially launch our appeal to raise funds for a new Hudson Coxed 4. Donation buckets will be positioned and circulated around the dining hall so contributions — no matter what size — will be very much appreciated!
The Online Booking
Bookings will open at 9:00 am on Monday, 28 September. Please either copy or click on the URL below and you will be guided to the online registration form. You will be asked to complete your name, contact details, boat club affiliation, year group, numbers of attendees (adult and rower), meal requirements and seating preference. If a rower is attending without his/her parents, a responsible adult must be named. Successful applicants will be sent an email confirmation and a wait list will be compiled at the same time.

The registration will also include payment instructions. Please be prepared to transfer funds directly to the KCSBCSA account by Friday, 2 October and once payment has been received you will be emailed an official confirmation ticket. The account details are:
