All events we run are private functions and we cannot sell anything to members of the public. Please click on the poster below to download, print off and stick behind the bar at events you run. Thank you.

Conditions of Use for Bar and Kitchen at Boat Club Events
- Please contact the Enterprise Office to inform us when the bar is required at least two weeks in advance. (Date and hours please)
- Please give contact details (telephone and email) of the person responsible for the bar on the day.
Shutters
- When opening the shutters push down slightly to take the pressure off the sliding lock mechanism. Push the shutters up gently.
Bar Equipment
- Feel free to use the equipment and glasses but at the end please make sure everything is returned to the correct place and all the chillers, ice machine, glasswasher, till etc are all left exactly as you found them.
Cleaning
- The bar / kitchen area is not on the cleaning rota so it must be cleaned by each user and left in a clean and tidy condition.
- Please remove all rubbish, boxes, empties etc and empty the waste bins. (All rubbish can be put in the wheelie bins under the boathouse stairs).
- Do not leave foodstuffs or open juice cartons – these will only go off.
- At the end of your event please wash down all surfaces and leave all areas in a clean and tidy condition for the next user.
- If necessary spread out the t-towels to dry.
- Clean the kitchen and bar floors. These often get dirty and sticky as drinks and food inevitably get spilt during a busy function. There are mops and squeegees for this in the cleaning cupboard. Please make sure you have a key to access the cleaner’s cupboard but please return all equipment to the cupboard as the cleaners do not have keys for the bar.
Locking Up
- At the end of the function the glasswasher must be left with the door open otherwise it will go mouldy inside.
- The till must be left open with the note retainers in the up position.
- Make sure all fridge, ice machine and chiller doors are shut.
- Please lock shutters, turn off lights and lock bar door.
